PURPOSE: A sleep current of a wireless communication module is provided to measure a micro current value after measuring an output voltage by structuring a current-voltage converting circuit since it is not qualified to measure the micro current with the previous method. CONSTITUTION: A first amplification section(10) receives an input of a micro current from a device under test(DUT), amplifies, and outputs it. A second amplifier section(20) amplifies the output of the first amplification section along a variable resistance, and provides the output voltage. A sensing unit(30) of the output voltage senses the output voltage from the second amplifier section. An operation unit(40) calculates the micro current of the DUT from the sensed output voltage.
