<p>The device has two identical surfboards independently provided with an immersed mechanism for preventing backward movement of the surfboard. Four fins (4) are movable along an axis (3) by pressure of water. Two pins (2) are welded at a fitting block at an angle of 90 degrees to block movement of the surfboards when the surfboards are moved backward. The surfboards are alternately slid forward by an advance movement of a foot of a user. The fitting block is fixed at the immersed mechanism by bolts and nuts.</p>
