The device has a safety valve (50) comprising a movable element applied with controlled force against a seat using a force application member i.e. helical spring. A double-piston double-purpose jack (1) comprises pistons moving in translation in a cylinder and separating a volume of the cylinder into chambers isolated from each other and adjacent to the pistons. An actuator (40) i.e. rod, is adapted to transmit effort to the pistons. The jack comprises an anti-return valve (70) arranged between the chambers and adapted to authorize a passage of fluid only in direction of one of the chambers.
