PURPOSE: A power generating system obtaining power using wind power accompanied with the running speed of an automobile is provided to separately manufacture a power generating apparatus of which the structure is such that a screw type blade and a shaft is equipped inside a circular longitudinal axis pipe, thereby easily and conveniently attaching or detaching the apparatus to the automobile as necessary. CONSTITUTION: A power generating system obtaining power using wind power accompanied with the running speed of an automobile includes a power generating apparatus, a longitudinal axis pipe, a screw type blade(30), a current converter, and a battery. The power generating apparatus is installed on the roof of the automobile. The generator is connected to a shaft(20) at the rear side of the power generating apparatus in order to generate voltage. The longitudinal axis pipe, which is tubular, is horizontally laid toward the front and the rear side of the automobile. The screw type blade is adhered around the shaft(20) inside the pipe. A unit power generating apparatus is formed by connecting a generator to one end of the shaft, and then plural unit power generating apparatuses are connected one another. The current converter stabilizes a generated voltage into a certain value of the voltage, and then output the voltage. The battery is charged with electricity output from the current converter.
