<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible luminous body which is flexible, can suppress power consumption, has long life time, and moreover can reduce size. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible luminous body is a luminous body which is molded like a plate with soft resin by disposing luminous elements 2 on a flexible substrate constituted by forming wiring 4 on a sheet-form substrate 1 having flexibility.
