<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition that improves stability with time of a composition containing a mercapto group-containing polysiloxane compound, contains a mercapto group-containing polysiloxane compound, and is excellent in the stability with time and molding processability; and to provide a cured product useful in many purposes such as an optical material. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises the mercapto group-containing polysiloxane compound and a nitrosophenyl compound.
