A warm toilet seat contains a toilet seat having a seating surface and a transparent seat heater disposed on the seating surface, the seat heater contains a thin wiring structure having a pitch of 5000 μm or less and a heat transfer coefficient &kgr; of 100 W/m·K or more, and a material having a heat transfer coefficient &kgr; of 10 to 150 W/m·K is placed in an opening in the thin wiring structure.
