<p>A pneumatic paper-collecting device for corrugated paper, comprising a bracket (15); wherein the top of the bracket is provided with an adhering and positioning body (18), and several uniformly distributed vacuum belt holes (11) are provided in the adhering and positioning body; vacuum belt driving-rollers (12) are provided on the bracket corresponding to the two ends of the adhering and positioning body, and the vacuum belt driving-rollers are capable of rotating on the bracket; a fixed plate (8) is provided on the adhering and positioning body, and several uniformly distributed vent holes (14) are provided on the fixed plate; the vent holes are in communication with adhering and positioning holes in the adhering and positioning body; opening/closing switches (9) are installed in the vent holes via an opening/closing bar (10), the opening/closing switches being located inside the vent holes; the opening/closing bar and the opening/closing switches are able to rotate in the fixed plate and the opening/closing switches are able to seal off the vent holes by following the rotation of the opening/closing bar; and an opening/closing bar drive mechanism is provided on the bracket to drive the rotation of the opening/closing bar in the fixed plate. This invention has a simple and compact structure, is convenient to install and use, improves the tidiness of paper-collecting, has a high level of automation, reduces labour intensity and machining costs, improves production efficiency and has a reliable level of safety.</p> |
