<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior motivation system for improving energy saving performance or intellectual productivity or the like by motivating an office worker to move to a more comfortable space without controlling the environment of a space where the office worker stays at present. <P>SOLUTION: A behavior motivation system 2 for motivating an object person to make an action for changing the environment of the pertinent object person includes a behavior motivation device 10 and a remote control terminal 20. The remote control terminal 20 includes: input means for accepting the input of operation content for changing the environment of the object person; and output means for outputting behavior motivation information to the object person.
