PURPOSE: A LED(Light Emitting Diode) vehicle emblem display module, an installation method thereof, and a vehicle with the same are provided to improve an aesthetic effect or an accident prevention effect by comprising and controlling various LED and by including high visibility. CONSTITUTION: A LED vehicle emblem display module comprises a bottom unit(10), a LED logo forming unit(31), a LED cover unit(50), and a wire unit. The bottom unit is directly attached in a vehicle. LED(30) is formed along a logo form in the LED logo forming unit. The wire unit is connected to the LED while penetrating the bottom surface and is selectively connected with a warning light.
