<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate detector which is used for comparatively small equipment, has structure by which space saving is possible, and is capable of suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A flow rate sensor 180 includes: a tube 31; and a tube 32. The tube 32 is connected to the tube 31 so as to cross the direction in which the tube 31 extends and to extend upward rather than the horizontal direction. On the upstream side of the water flow direction rather than a connected part 21, an electrode 181 and an electrode 182 opposite to each other approximately at the same position of the flow direction are arranged in the tube 31. An electrode 183 and an electrode 184, electrodes 185, 285, 385, 485, 585, 685, 785 and electrodes 186, 286, 386, 486, 586, 686, 786 opposite to each other approximately at the same position in the flow direction, are arranged in the tube 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
