The method for pressurised constant-level filling of containers is implemented by means of a filling spout comprising: an annular connection portion (16) configured to create a sealed bearing with a neck (17) of a container, and delimit a dispensing area (21); a dispensing conduit (18) connected to a liquid supply source (4, 5) under a dispensing pressure via a dispensing valve (24) and opening into the dispensing area; an exhaust vent (36, 51, 39, 59) opening into the dispensing area and through a venting orifice (60); and a latching exhaust valve controlled by a level of liquid in the exhaust vent, interposed in the exhaust vent between the dispensing area and the venting orifice; and it comprises the steps of: closing the exhaust vent, in a manner (61, 62) adjusted according to a setting, at an exhaust pressure lower than the dispensing pressure, between the latching exhaust valve (46) and the venting orifice (60); putting in place a container to be filled, bearing on the annular connection portion; opening the dispensing valve (24) and keeping it open until the closing of the latching exhaust valve (46); closing the dispensing valve (24); and releasing the container from the annular connection portion (16). |
