<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction of a fluid control valve when pressure in a cylinder port is rapidly propagated to an intermediate chamber upon opening of a solenoid valve. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic solenoid valve 10 includes: a plunger 10b which is opened when attracted by a magnetic force of a solenoid 10a and closed in other cases; a valve body 10c which is connected to the plunger 10b and which moves integrally with the plunger 10b between the valve opening position and the valve closing position; a housing 10d for housing the valve body 10c and the plunger 10b; and a moving speed reducing means 10h which is provided between the plunger 10b and the housing 10d to reduce the speed of the plunger 10b moving from the valve closed position to the valve open position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
