PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing HBe antigen negative chronic hepatitis type B and liver diseases is provided to effectively diagnose liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing HBe antigen negative chronic hepatitis type B contains a primer having bases of seqeunce numbers 1-4. The kit comprises: a DNA probe having base sequences of sequence numbers 17-24 binding to a gene encoding F38S core antigen protein; a linker which contains oligo(dT)15, -(CH2)6-, and amine group in order; and a solid substrate in which an aldehyde group is attached on the surface and which has aldehyde group on the surface linked to an amine group by Schiff's base reaction. |
