The present invention relates to a bioactive pH buffer glass and a preparation process and a use thereof. A bioactive pH buffer glass comprising SiO2, CaO, Na2O, P2O5, and also further comprising solid acidic particles or further comprising a Tris buffer solution. The bioactive pH buffer glass can adjust the pH of the preparation comprising the bioactive glass, has good therapeutic effects and is used in small doses.
