PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for fabricating cotton from paper mulberry are provided to obtain light and soft cotton with high tensile strength and to produce clothes and beddings. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating cotton from paper mulberry comprises: a white skin supply device(10) for slightly cutting and supplying the processed white skin; a step of chopping the white skin; and a step of twisting and dissociating white skin or mixing synthetic fiber and white skin and dissociating. |
