PURPOSE: A disc clamping structure of a hard disc drive and a spindle motor including thereof are provided to fix a disk on a hub without any separate jig by the structural change of a clamp fixing a disc on the hub of a spindle motor, to have relatively stable connectivity, and to prevent stress concentration. CONSTITUTION: A disc clamp fixes a disc(12b) on a hub(12) of a spindle motor. The disk clamp has a boss part(62) for the connection with a hub(12) on the connection side which is one side of the disc clamp. The disk clap is formed with at least one boss part(62) on the corresponding surface for the connection to the hub(12). The hub(12) is formed with a clamping groove corresponding to the boss part(62).
