<p>PURPOSE: A power distributer, an operation method thereof, and a multi air conditioner system including the same are provided to avoid exceeding the electric charge by informing a user when an accumulated value of power consumption for an indoor unit is over a determined rate of the targeted power value. CONSTITUTION: A multi air conditioner system comprises a plurality of indoor units, an electric power measuring device, and an electric power distributing unit. The indoor unit is controlled by an outdoor unit. The electric power measuring device measures the power consumption of the indoor unit and calculates an accumulated value of the power consumption measured during a predetermined time. The electric power distributing unit receives the accumulated value of the power consumption and gradually outputs a warning message whenever the accumulated value of the power consumption exceeds a predetermined rate of a predetermined target power value(S600).
