PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of dried pollock water noodles is provided to be highly preferred by consumers by having excellent texture and enriched taste and nutrition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of dried pollock water noodles comprises steps of: preparing stew(10) with water, Japanese plum extract, and bean powder; preparing dried pollock strips(20) and noodles(30); and dipping the noodles and dried pollock strips into the stew. According to the taste of a consumer, cucumber strips(40) are additionally added to produce the dried pollock water noodle. The content of the Japanese plum is 30-50 ml based on 300-400 ml of water. The content of bean powder is 20-40 ml based on 300-400 ml of water. The stew comprises vinegar and sugar or starch syrup. The stew additionally comprises soy bean paste, red pepper paste, or red pepper powder. The dried pollock strips are stir fried with water. The volume ratio of the noodle to the dried pollock strips is 1:1 to 1:1.3. |
