PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bar which is embedded in a pair glass window is provided to prevent from discoloration, corrosion, and deformation by ultraviolet absorption function and anti-oxidizing function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bar which is embedded in a pair glass window comprises the following steps: mixing 50-70 weight% of vinyl chloride resin, 10-20 weight% of wonder(silicon dioxide flower), 10-20 weight% of stabilizer, 3-8 weight% of plasticizer, 4-8 weight% of ultraviolet-absorbing agent, 2-5 weight% of antioxidant, and 1-3 weight% of anti-discoloration; and press molding or extruding the mixture by heating at 140-180 deg. Celsius. The plasticizer uses one of a primary plasticizer or a secondary plasticizer or a mixture of the primary and the secondary plasticizers. |
