PURPOSE: A panel supporting assembly is provided to improve a quality of a concrete structure by firmly fixing a Waler to be closely adhered to one side of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A panel supporting assembly(100) comprises a Waler(110) and a Waler fixing unit(130). The Waler prevents a panel forming a form from being dislocated when placing concrete. The Waler fixing unit includes a main frame(140), a fixing unit(150), a rotating unit(160), a spacer(170), and a joining wedge(180). The rotating unit relatively rotates around the main frame, and the spacer sets a joining position of the rotating unit. The joining wedge is inserted into one side of the rotating unit and makes the panel to be closely adhered by rotating the rotating unit in a direction opposite to a direction being inserted.
