<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a superheated steam generating device, to increase a thermal conduction speed to water and saturated steam, and to facilitate temperature control of the saturated steam and superheated steam. <P>SOLUTION: This superheated steam generating device includes a three-phase transformer having three-phase leg iron cores (2a, 2b, 2c) around which primary and secondary coils (5a, 5b, 5c) are wound, and a leakage magnetic path iron core 3 disposed adjacently to the leg iron cores. The secondary coil wound around the three-phase leg iron cores are constituted by a conductor pipe (5c-2) in which rounds of windings are electrically short-circuited, and water is supplied to the conductor pipe of the secondary coil wound around the two-phase leg iron cores of the three-phase leg iron cores so as to generate the saturated steam, and the saturated steam is made to flow through the conductor pipe of the secondary coil wound around the other one-phase leg iron core so as to generate the superheated steam. The electric current flowing through each of the primary coils can be individually controlled by the leakage magnetic path iron core 3 of the three-phase transformer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
