摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit device for a wind power generator that has a large fluctuation in the generating power, the charging circuit device being able to store feeble generated power caused by weak wind while the charging circuit device is stepping up the voltage of the generated power that is stored in electric amount accumulating means and transferring the same to a storage battery, and the charging circuit device can also suppress an increase in manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: Electric amount accumulating means 4 for storing feeble generated power caused by weak wind is provided. The electric amount accumulating means 4 comprises: a first capacitor bank 6 to which a switch 9A on a first input end side and a switch 9B on a first output end side are provided; and a second capacitor bank 7 that is smaller than the first capacitor bank 6 in capacity and is connected in parallel with the first capacitor bank 6, a switch 10A on a second input end side and a switch 10B on a second output end side being provided to the second capacitor bank 7. While the power stored in the first capacitor bank 6 is being discharged to the side of a load 3, a feeble power generated at the same time is stored in the second capacitor bank 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
