LIGHT-SHIELDING COATING, LIGHT SHIELDING FILM AND OPTICAL ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding coating capable of forming a light-shielding film having sufficiently small inner surface reflectance for actual use and a sufficient antiglare property at air interface for actual use, the light shielding film, and an optical element comprising the same.

SOLUTION: A light-shielding film comprises at least: epoxy resin; a coloring agent made of dye; titania fine particles in which the number average particle diameter of primary particles is 1 nm through 100 nm; and an epoxy resin hardening agent. The concentration of the titania fine particles is 20% by mass through 60% by mass.
