<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handler which increases the number of conveyance objects to be arranged at an opening provided on a base, and efficiently conveys many conveyance objects while maintaining the number of conveyance objects which can be held by hands. <P>SOLUTION: A handler includes: a base 11 having an opening 45; a first hand which conveys conveyance objects; a first conveyance part which conveys the first hand to an upper part of the opening 45 and let the first conveyance part down; a second hand which conveys the conveyance objects; a second conveyance part which conveys the second hand to the upper part of the opening 45 and let the second conveyance part down; and a control part which controls operation of the first conveyance part and operation of the second conveyance part.
