<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation box body that can maintain the heat insulation performance thereof for a long term during use thereof while being facilitated in collecting vacuum heat insulation materials therefrom when a used heat insulation box body is disposed. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulation box body 1 is formed by adhering a vacuum heat insulation material 10 in which a core material, a water adsorbent and a gas adsorption device are hermetically encapsulated under vacuum in a gas-barrier laminated film, to an inner surface of an outer box 2 by an adhesive and filling an urethane foam heat insulation material 4 into a space defined by the outer box 2 and an inner box 3. An outer periphery of the vacuum heat insulation material 10 is heavily adhered by the adhesive along an edge of the core material of the vacuum heat insulation material 10 so that an adhesion surface of the outer box 2 adhered to the vacuum heat insulation material 10 is kept from being adhered to a central part of the vacuum heat insulation material 10 separated from an edge of the core material of the vacuum heat insulation material 10 by a predetermined width or more, while the urethane foam heat insulation material 4 is kept from entering a space between the adhesion surface of the outer box 2 adhered to the vacuum heat insulation material 10 and the central part of the vacuum heat insulation material 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
