<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call support device capable of supporting an emergency call, and a road. <P>SOLUTION: An emergency call support device includes storage means, conversion means, and output means. The storage means preliminarily stores positional information which represents a spot corresponding to the number of the positional information. The conversion means converts the number of the positional information transmitted from a telephone exchange into the positional information representing the spot corresponding to the number of positional information stored in the storage means.
