<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for functioning a tetracycline-controlled transcriptional activation system well in an individual body, application thereof, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The genetically-modified non-human animal is provided which holds the tetracycline-controlled transcriptional activation system having an expression cassette including a tet operator sequence, a promoter sequence under the control of the tet operator sequence, and a target gene arranged at the downstream of the promoter sequence, is knocked-in to a locus of a gene expressing at the target tissue or in the vicinity of the locus, and also expressing a tetracycline-controlled transactivator or a reverse tetracycline-controlled transactivator in the target tissue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
