The first conductive wire members and the second conductive wire members are arranged alternately. A p-layer organic semiconductor (13A) comprising a hole-transporting material is provided to each of the first conductive wire members (121). An n-layer organic semiconductor (13B) comprising an electron-transporting material is provided to each of the second conductive wire members (122). The first conductive wire members function as p-type electrodes, and the second conductive wire members function as n-type electrodes.
