<p>The seal has a sealing cover made of rubber, plastic, metal, or their combination, for sealing the flow path, which has a closed cavity filled with a flowable material such as an incompressible material like liquid, gel, powder, or flowable paste. The cover and flowable material are arranged relative to each other such that when they are exposed to pressure force of fluid, the flowable material flows in direction of fluidic component set contacting a valve contact portion of the seal, to enhance the sealing action with the fluidic component. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a fluidic component; (2) a measuring device for performing measurement in fluidic sample; and (3) a method for sealing flow path of fluidic component.</p> |
