PURPOSE: A fishing rod is provided to facilitate visually confirming a location of the fishing rod at night time or in a dark place and to facilitate finding of the fishing rod when the owner lost the fishing rod. CONSTITUTION: A fishing rod comprises bars(12) and a long linear type band(14) formed in a longitudinal direction of the bars, and the band is coated with a luminous substance. The fishing rod comprises a identification symbol(18), letters, and numbers attached to one of the bars. The identification symbol is a bar code or a RFID Chip. The letters and numbers are carved by using a laser.
