PURPOSE: A steel plate for a soundproof panel is provided to provide soundproofing, sound absorption, or a soundproof/absorption function while being thin by attaching a nonmetal soundproof layer to a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A steel plate for a soundproof panel includes a steel plate(11) and a soundproof layer(12) or a sound absorption layer. The soundproof layer or a sound absorption layer includes a soundproof body(12a) or a sound absorption body and glue(12b). The soundproof body reflects noise and consists of a mixture of polyethylene and epoxy resin having a vibration transmission coefficient which is relatively lower in comparison with the steel plate. The sound absorption body reduces noise by reflecting and absorbing a part of the noise. The glue is attached as a mixture of polyethylene, rubber, and stone powder particle on one side of the soundproof body or sound absorption body. |
