PURPOSE: A green coffee bean processing apparatus is provided to remove the inconvenience of discharging roasted coffee beans from a heating drum manually. CONSTITUTION: A green coffee bean processing apparatus comprises the following: a supplying member(10) controlling the supply of green coffee beans; a first main body(20) including a inlet for supplying the green coffee beans and an outlet for discharging the coffee beans, for installing a heater; a heating drum installed inside the first main body to be rotated by the operation of a first driver, and circulate-transferring the green coffee beans for uniformly roasting the coffee beans; a second main body(40) including a first discharge duct on the bottom, located on the lower side of the first main body; a cooling member(50) installed inside the second main body to be rotated by a second driver(200), for cooling the coffee beans discharged from the first main body; and a dust collector(60) collecting dust from the cooled coffee beans. |
