PURPOSE: A towing nut inspecting device for a vehicle is provided to improve workability and productivity by reducing a time for inspecting a faulty towing nut and enhance the marketability of the towing nut. CONSTITUTION: A towing nut(1) inspecting device for a vehicle comprises a base frame(10), a fastening unit(20), an elevating unit(30), a clamping unit(40), and a sensing unit(50). The base frame inspects a formation and existence of a screw thread of a towing nut mounted in a vehicle so that a towing hook is coupled. The fastening unit is mounted in a front side of the base frame, thereby selectively being coupled to the towing nut through motor operation. The elevating unit is arranged in an upper part spaced from the base frame. The elevating unit is installed to be moved up and down through cylinder operation. The clamping unit is mounted in the upper part of the elevating unit correspondently to the fastening unit so that the towing nut becoming fastened to the fastening unit is clamped. The sensing unit is installed in one side of the base frame to sense the elevating unit, thereby being connected to a controller(60). |
