PURPOSE: A precise positioning apparatus for a vehicle, a positioning method thereof and a terminal capable of precise positioning of a vehicle are provided to rapidly and precisely calculate a current position of a user and to transmit to a user's terminal even in case that a vehicle passes a region such as a junction in which positioning is vague. CONSTITUTION: A precise positioning apparatus for a vehicle(200) includes a bump data storage unit(210), a sound information reception unit(220), a passage pattern search unit(230) and a location information transmission unit(240). The bump data storage unit matches location information of an installation region of a bump with passage pattern information of a bump and stores in a database. The sound information reception unit receives bump passage sound information from a user's terminal included in a driving vehicle. The passage pattern search unit compares the received bump passage sound information with the passage pattern information and searches the same or similar passage pattern information. The location information transmission unit transmits location information corresponding to the searched passage pattern information to the user's terminal.
