<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport a paper sheet at a constant speed by rotating a motor at a constant speed without damaging the motor even when torque of the motor has caused an abnormality or the torque has varied from an initial condition due to temporal change. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises: a rotor which transports the paper sheet; a motor which rotates the rotor; an encoder; a current detection unit for detecting a current flowing in the motor; an image forming unit; and a control unit which recognizes a magnitude of the current flowing in the motor and the rotation speed of the motor, rotation-controls the motor in a first mode to rotate the motor at a reference speed when the current flowing in the motor is in a prescribed normal current range, and rotation-controls the motor in a second mode to rotate the motor in a certain speed so that the magnitude of the current flowing in the motor may be in a prescribed range when the magnitude of the current exceeds the prescribed normal current range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
