<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To back up plant data on a plant monitoring device stably. <P>SOLUTION: A plant monitoring device 1 includes a plant monitoring processing part 3 that receives a process signal 21 from plant equipment 41 for alarm output processing, a plant data storage device 9 for storing plant data 24 on alarm output processing, an event input part 6 for inputting execution schedule of alarm output processing by the plant monitoring processing part 3 as an alarm output processing event 23, a schedule determination part 7 that determines access timing by the plant monitoring processing part 3 on the basis of the alarm output processing event 23 and avoids access timing from backup schedule time 25 for determining backup schedule 26, and a backup processing device 10 that backs up the plant data 24 in the plant data recording device 9 to an external storage device 11 according to the backup schedule 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
