<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle apparatus capable of achieving appropriate distribution of content information while substantially ensuring security. <P>SOLUTION: When notification information of enterprise codes is received from a center apparatus, a control section of an on-vehicle apparatus refers to uplink information created for each of proper distribution enterprises and stored in a storage section and checks an enterprise code included in the uplink information against the received enterprise code (step S8). In addition, only when they coincide with each other, the control unit reads the uplink information corresponding to the coinciding enterprise code from the storage section and writes the information into an uplink information storage region in the storage section of DSRC(R) section (step S9).
