<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase with a built-in refrigerator preventing warm air after air-cooling heat generating parts such as a compressor or a condenser from flowing into another showcase, and allowing adjustment of the airflow rate of the exhausted warm air or magnitude of air flow noise. <P>SOLUTION: This showcase with a built-in refrigerator 1 includes: a showcase body 2 having commodity display shelves 7; a base 3 provided below the showcase body 2, and storing the heat generating parts 12, 13 constituting a refrigerator unit; an exhaust port 17 which is provided in the base 3, and from which the warm air having cooled the heat generating parts 12, 13 is exhausted; and a plurality of air direction plates 22a installed to the exhaust port 17, and each having a plurality of blade plates 23 making the direction of the warm air exhausted from the exhaust port 17 leftward or rightward.
