摘要 This method for producing a lithium ion secondary battery positive electrode material is characterized by including (1) a step in which a mixture is obtained by mixing a surfactant and an inorganic powder containing Li, Fe, P and O and having an average particle diameter of 1.8mum or less, and (2) a step in which, by heat treating the aforementioned mixture, olivine-type crystals represented by general formula LiMxFe1-xPO4 (0 @ x @ 1, M is at least one element selected from Nb, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co and Ni) are precipitated in the inorganic powder and a carbon containing layer is formed on the inorganic powder surface.
