Disclosed is a coating control device which prevents accidents on the road due to degradation of release bearings. The disclosed coasting device is provided with a cumulative disengagement time measurement unit (4) which cumulatively measures the time during which the clutch is disengaged during coasting control, a unit (5) for preventing the time limit from being exceeded which prohibits coasting control if the cumulative clutch disengagement time measured by the cumulative disengagement time measurement unit (4) exceeds a prescribed time which is an indicator of fatigue in the clutch components, and/or, a time exceeded warning unit (6) which displays a warning if the cumulative clutch disengagement time measured by the cumulative disengagement time measurement unit (4) exceeds the prescribed time which is an indicator of fatigue in the clutch components.
