<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission torque which can be made common even in signal transmission systems and signal reception systems having different working speeds, concerning a transmission circuit for transmitting signals by wireless and a torque measuring instrument including the transmission circuit and a receiving circuit and measuring torque of a rotation shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission circuit includes: a signal conversion part which converts a signal picked up by a sensor into a digital signal representing a logical value for one bit by a binary signal which is a signal within one cycle of preset repetition cycles; a signal transmission part for transmitting the digital signal generated by the signal conversion part; and a cycle setting part for setting the repetition cycles.
