<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device lifts and lowers the working unit with respect to an axis of wheels as a center and can move the wheels of the working unit aloft. <P>SOLUTION: The lifting device 65 applies to a lawn mowing vehicle 1 comprising a lawn mowing unit that includes drum wheels 18 rotatable about an axis Ax1 extending in a vehicle width direction, and a body that is connected to the lawn mowing unit 2 so as to be rotatable about the axis Ax1 and immovable in the axis Ax direction, and can travel with the lawn mowing unit.
