Coating composition comprises at least one methacrylate-based thermosetting resin and at least one filler comprising particles based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and/or polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparing a floor coating, comprising applying the above mentioned coating composition on a substrate and hardening; and (2) a coating obtainable by the above mentioned method.
