PURPOSE: A surface heat dissipation element and a heater using the same are provided to resolve disadvantage of being easily disconnected, to provide no harm to the human body and to have a sufficient heating function by utilizing a carbon fiber having excellent heating performance, increasing strength by commingling fiber threads for commingling a fiber thread and a carbon fiber thread and using a heat dissipation fiber coated with a conductive coating solution as a weft. CONSTITUTION: A surface heat dissipation element woven by a weft including a warp including a conductive fiber(30) and a heat dissipation fiber(10) includes a warp including the conductive fiber in which DC current power is applied while forming a pair and being arranged with a specific distance, a heat dissipation fiber coating a carbon fiber thread commingled with a fiber thread with a conductive coating solution and a weft including an auxiliary thread(20) located between heat dissipation fibers to separate the heat dissipation fiber spaced apart by a specific distance. |
