METHOD OF ESTIMATING RESOURCE QUANTITY PER UNIT FOR BLOCK ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A method for estimating a man-hour of a quantity per unit of block assembly work is provided to supply the man-hour of the quantity per unit which is close to a real work man-hour, thereby easily making maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A standard structure of a vessel in which a block is located through assembly work or the block corresponding to a location in the vessel is defined(201). A standard shape of the block is classified and defined corresponding to the shape of the block(202). A standard curvature of the block is classified and defined corresponding to a curvature of the block(203). A coefficient value of a quantity per unit is generated based on the standard structure, the standard shape, the standard curvature(204). A man-hour of the quantity per unit is calculated based on the coefficient value of the quantity per unit(205).
