PURPOSE: A communication device supporting an IPTV broadcasting service for a terminal based on different transmission methods and a terminal enabling a real time IPTV broadcasting service with a unicast method are provided to receive broadcasting-related information from a broadcasting center server based on multicast and to provide the broadcasting-related information to the terminal based on unicast. CONSTITUTION: A first interface(112) receives real time broadcasting information or information broadcasted based on multicast from a broadcasting center server(120) through a multicast network. A second interface(114) transceives the information with a terminal(130) connected through a unicast-based session through a unicast network. A control unit(116) enables a broadcasting unit to transmit the information or the real time broadcasting information through the second interface based on the unicast.
