PURPOSE: A cooking instrument is provided to place a central portion of the underside of a cooking vessel in a flame unit by matching a lower edge portion of the cooking vessel with scales of a mirror unit so that flames generated in the flame unit uniformly reach the cooking vessel. CONSTITUTION: A cooking instrument comprises a flame unit(110), a tripod(100), and a mirror unit(150). The flame unit generates flames. The tripod is arranged around the flame unit, and a cooking vessel(200) is placed on the tripod. The mirror unit is arranged between legs of the tripod and includes scales(151) capable of matching a lower edge portion of the cooking vessel.
