PURPOSE: A frame unit of a foldable transportation device is provided to connect a link frame unit to the front and rear sides of a center frame unit and a support frame unit. CONSTITUTION: A frame unit of a foldable transportation device includes a supporting frame unit(10), a center frame unit(20), and a link frame unit(30). The supporting frame unit includes wheels(15), and is foldable and unfoldable by hinge-connecting plural supporting frames. The center frame unit is hinge-connected to the upper side of the supporting frame unit for supporting the upper body of a sitter. The link frame unit is foldable and unfoldable by hinge-connecting plural link frames. The upper side of the link frame unit is connected to the center frame unit for moving the center frame unit upward and downward. The lower side of the link frame unit is connected to the front and rear sides of the supporting frame unit.
