PURPOSE: A nursing cushion-cradle is provided to induce the emotional stability of a baby even when someone other than a mother nurses a baby and to form an indirect emotional bond between a baby and a mother. CONSTITUTION: A nursing cushion-cradle includes a nursing cushion(100) formed with a nursing bottle accommodation groove accommodating a nursing bottle; a nursing bottle cover(200) detachable to the nursing cushion and covering the nursing bottle; a bed part(300) positioned on the lower part of the nursing cushion and capable of laying down a baby; and a waist fixing cushion(400) on the upper part of the bed part and supporting the waist of a baby.
